BSEP/MRP4 Inhibitor

DM-4103 is a potent inhibitor of bile salt export protein (BSEP) and multidrug resistance protein 4 (MRP4), demonstrating inhibitory activity against other human liver transporters, including NTCP, MRP2, and MRP3, with IC50 values of 16.3 µM, 4.15 µM, 51.0 µM, 44.6 µM, and 4.26 µM, respectively. This compound plays a significant role in bile acid transport disruption in SCHH cells. DM-4103 is particularly valuable for investigating the mechanisms of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), providing insights into related pathophysiological processes.
