KRS1 Inhibitor

DMU759 is a potent inhibitor of Lysyl-tRNA synthetase 1 (KRS1). It exhibits significant anti-kinetoplastid activity against parasites such as Trypanosoma cruzi, Trypanosoma brucei, and Leishmania donovani. In preclinical studies, DMU759 effectively reduces parasitemia in a mouse model of acute Chagas disease.
