DN-1289

DLK/LZK Inhibitor

DN-1289 is a selective inhibitor targeting dual leucine zipper kinase (DLK) and leucine zipper-bearing kinase (LZK), exhibiting IC50 values of 17 nM and 40 nM, respectively. This compound demonstrates substantial attenuation of p-c-Jun expression in a mouse model following optic nerve crush injury. DN-1289 is characterized by a favorable in vivo plasma half-life and effective blood-brain barrier permeability, making it a valuable tool for research into neurodegeneration and related pathways.
