DNDI-VL-2098 Analogue

DNDI-0690 is a potent orally active analogue of DNDI-VL-2098, targeting cutaneous leishmaniasis through its effective inhibition of Leishmania species. It demonstrates significant in vitro activity, with an EC50 value of 0.17 μM against visceral leishmaniasis and less than 5 μM against CL-causing species. In vivo studies show efficacy in a mouse model of L. major cutaneous leishmaniasis. DNDI-0690 is suitable for research applications focused on leishmaniasis and its mechanisms.
