DOCK2 Inhibitor
DOCK2-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of DOCK2, demonstrating an IC50 value of 19.1 μM. It targets the DHR-2 domain of DOCK2, inhibiting its Rac guanine nucleotide exchange factor activity, which is crucial in lymphocyte signaling. This compound effectively blocks chemokine receptor and antigen receptor-mediated activation of Rac, resulting in significant inhibition of chemotaxis and T cell activation.
