Docosanoic acid-d43, a deuterium-labeled derivative of docosanoic acid, serves as a stable isotope for research applications. This long-chain saturated fatty acid is known to inhibit the double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) binding activity of the p53 DNA binding domain, exhibiting a Kd value of 12 nM.
