Antimitotic Agent

Dolastatin 15 is a potent antimitotic agent derived from the marine mollusk Dolabella auricularia. This depsipeptide is structurally related to the antitubulin agent Dolastatin 10 and functions by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis specifically in multiple myeloma cells. Dolastatin 15 is also applicable for use as a cytotoxic agent in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), making it a valuable compound for cancer research and therapeutic development.
