Doranidazole

Radiosensitizer

Doranidazole is a potent radiosensitizer that targets hypoxic tumor cells. It has been shown to significantly enhance radiation-induced growth delay in SCCVII tumors, especially when administered intravenously prior to irradiation. The efficacy of Doranidazole is closely linked to the oxygenation status of the tumors, making it a valuable reagent for studying lymphoma and hypoxic pancreatic tumors in preclinical research settings.
