DAT/NET/SERT Inhibitor
DOV-216,303 Free Base is a potent triple reuptake inhibitor targeting the serotonin transporter (SERT), norepinephrine transporter (NET), and dopamine transporter (DAT). It exhibits inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of 14 nM, 20 nM, and 78 nM for hSERT, hNET, and hDAT, respectively. This compound is known for its antidepressant-like effects and has been shown to enhance monoamine release in the prefrontal cortex of olfactory bulbectomized rats, making it relevant for research in mood disorders and neuropharmacology.
