DSS30
P25/CDK5 Inhibitor
DSS30 is a selective inhibitor of P25/CDK5, targeting the phosphorylation of amyloid precursor protein lyase 1 (BACEl). By inhibiting this phosphorylation, DSS30 effectively reduces the secretion of β-amyloid (Aβ), a key factor in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
