Dynole 2−24
Dynamin GTPase Inhibitor
Dynole 2-24 is an indole-based inhibitor of dynamin GTPase, demonstrating an IC50 of 0.56 μM for dynamin I. This compound exhibits low toxicity and enhanced efficacy against both dynamin I and II in vitro and in cellular models, with an IC50 of 1.9 μM for clathrin-mediated endocytosis. Additionally, Dynole 2-24 displays 4.4-fold selectivity for dynamin I, making it a valuable tool for studying the mechanisms of clathrin-mediated endocytosis and dynamin-related cellular processes.
