Dynole 34-2
Dynamin GTPase Inhibitor
Dynole 34-2 is a potent inhibitor of dynamin GTPase, with IC50 values of 6.9 µM and 14.2 µM for dynamin 1 and dynamin 2, respectively. This compound exhibits antimitotic properties and induces apoptosis, characterized by cell blebbing, DNA fragmentation, and cleavage of PARP.
