DYSP-C34

US-Triggered Molecular Machine

DYSP-C34 is a biocompatible, ultrasound-triggered molecular machine designed to facilitate advanced sonodynamic therapy (SDT). This compound is characterized by an optimal lipophilic/hydrophilic balance, enhancing its cellular permeability and promoting increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in response to ultrasound stimulation. DYSP-C34 demonstrates significant efficacy in targeting tumors and mediating tumor regression while exhibiting mild immunogenicity through direct stimulation of antigen-presenting cells (APCs). Its unique properties make it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic applications in SDT.
