(E/Z)-Rivanicline
E/Z Mixture of Rivanicline
(E/Z)-Rivanicline is a selective agonist for the α4β2 subtype of neuronal nicotinic receptors. With a Ki value of 26 nM, it exhibits significantly greater inhibitory activity compared to the α7 receptor, over 1000 times more. This compound is utilized in research exploring synaptic transmission and neuropharmacology, particularly in the context of cognitive enhancement and addiction studies.
