LXRβ Agonist

E17110 is an agonist of liver X receptor β (LXRβ) with an EC50 of 0.72 μM. This compound has been shown to enhance the expression of ATP-binding cassette transporters A1 (ABCA1) and G1 (ABCG1) in RAW264.7 macrophages, leading to reduced cellular lipid accumulation and promotion of cholesterol efflux. E17110 is valuable for research applications related to cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis.
