AMPylase Inhibitor

E234G HYPE-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of AMPylation mediated by the Huntingtin-interacting protein E (HYPE). This compound demonstrates low micromolar activity and reduced cytotoxicity, along with the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier. E234G HYPE-IN-1 effectively inhibits the AMPylation of B-cell immunoglobulin-binding protein (BiP), a key substrate of HYPE.
