Ligands for E3 Ligase
E3 Ligase Ligand 18 is a selective ligand for E3 ubiquitin ligases, facilitating the targeted degradation of proteins through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. When conjugated to a target protein via a linker, it forms a PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera), which effectively induces ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of cancer-associated proteins.
