Eftozanermin alfa
TRAIL-R Agonist
Eftozanermin alfa is a TRAIL-R agonist designed to activate tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand receptors. This fusion protein, comprising a mutant immunoglobulin G1-Fc linked to two single-chain trimers of TRAIL, effectively induces apoptosis in tumor cells by engaging death receptors DR4 and DR5, exhibiting Kd values of 780 nM and 635 nM, respectively. Eftozanermin alfa has potential applications in the research of various solid and hematological malignancies.
