EGFR/HER2-IN-12 is a selective dual inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). It demonstrates robust biological activity, achieving 81% inhibition of EGFR and 51% inhibition of HER2 at a concentration of 10 μM. This compound shows a low toxicity profile in cancer cell lines A431 and MDA-MB-361, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and targeted therapy development.
