Elpamotide

Neovascular Inhibitor

Elpamotide is an epitope peptide that targets VEGFR2, functioning as a neovascular inhibitor. It induces cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) to selectively eliminate VEGFR2-expressing endothelial cells, demonstrating potential immunostimulatory and antineoplastic properties. Elpamotide is applicable in cancer research, including studies focused on pancreatic cancer.
