Activin Receptor Type 2A Ligand

Elritercept is a recombinant fusion protein that consists of a modified extracellular domain of the activin receptor type IIA fused to a human IgG1 Fc. It functions as an antagonist, effectively inhibiting activin A and select members of the TGF-β superfamily. Elritercept is utilized in research focused on modulating fibrosis, inflammation, and other pathophysiological conditions associated with dysregulated activin signaling.
