Emiltatug ledadotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets B7-H4, utilizing a tumor-specific monoclonal antibody in its composition. It employs a novel Dolasynthen linker-payload system, enabling site-specific conjugation through GlycoConnect click chemistry. This reagent demonstrates significant inhibitory effects on the growth of B7-H4-positive cancer cells and is instrumental in the study of advanced solid tumors, particularly those overexpressing B7-H4, including breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers.
