Emixustat hydrochloride
RPE65 Inhibitor
Emixustat hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of RPE65, exhibiting an IC50 value of 4.4 nM. As a visual cycle modulator, it effectively regulates visual cycle activity by inhibiting retinol isomerization.
