EML631
SPIN1 Inhibitor
EML631 is a selective inhibitor of SPIN1, exhibiting a Kd of 3-7 μM. By interacting with the second Tudor domain of SPIN1, EML631 effectively blocks its recognition of the H3K4me3 histone mark. This compound inhibits the coactivator function of SPIN1 within the Wnt signaling pathway, consequently reducing the transcriptional activity of Wnt response reporter genes. EML631 is a valuable tool for research into cancer biology and the mechanisms of Wnt signaling.
