EN106
FEMIB Inhibitor
EN106 is a potent inhibitor targeting FEM1B, a key enzyme involved in the regulation of oxidative stress. As a cysteine-reactive covalent ligand, EN106 disrupts the recognition of FNIP1, a critical substrate for FEM1B. This compound has been shown to reduce oxidative stress and improve angiogenesis impaired by high glucose conditions in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), making it valuable for research into diabetes-related vascular complications.
