EN219
RNF114 Inhibitor
EN219 is a synthetic covalent ligand that selectively targets the N-terminal cysteine (C8) of RNF114, exhibiting an IC50 of 470 nM. This inhibitor effectively disrupts RNF114-mediated autoubiquitination as well as the ubiquitination of p21. EN219 is valuable for research applications focused on elucidating the roles of RNF114 in cellular processes and its implications in cancer biology.
