Enpp-1-IN-16

ENPP1 Inhibitor

Enpp-1-IN-16 is a selective inhibitor of the enzyme ecto-nucleotide triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (ENPP1). This compound is significant in cancer research, particularly in tumors with elevated ENPP1 expression and high levels of cytoplasmic DNA. In addition to its application in oncology, Enpp-1-IN-16 may also contribute to the understanding of other conditions associated with ENPP1 dysregulation, including bacterial and viral infections, insulin resistance, type II diabetes, chondrocalcinosis, and various calcification disorders.
