ENPP1 Inhibitor
Enpp-1-IN-17 is a potent inhibitor of ectonucleotide phosphorhydrolase 1 (ENPP1), demonstrating inhibition constants (Ki values) of 100 nM to 1 μM for cGAMP hydrolysis and greater than 1 μM for ATP hydrolysis. This compound exhibits a selectivity ratio greater than 6.4 for cGAMP over ATP, making it a valuable tool for investigating the role of ENPP1 in various biological processes. It is particularly useful for research into immune signaling pathways and therapeutic strategies targeting nucleotide metabolism.
