ENPP1 Inhibitor
Enpp-1-IN-19 is a potent inhibitor of ecto-nucleotide triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-1 (ENPP1) with an IC50 of 68 nM. This compound effectively inhibits cGAMP hydrolysis, leading to enhanced anti-PD-L1 immune responses and reduced tumor growth in CT26 syngeneic models. Additionally, Enpp-1-IN-19 amplifies STING-mediated type I interferon activation, promotes immune memory formation, and aids in the prevention of tumor recurrence, making it a valuable tool for cancer immunotherapy research.
