CRT/ITGAs Binding Inhibitor
ER-464195-01 is an orally active calreticulin (CRT) and integrin α subunits (ITGAs) binding inhibitor. This compound effectively inhibits leukocyte infiltration and the resultant inflammatory responses by disrupting the interaction between CRT and ITGAs. Additionally, ER-464195-01 down-regulates pro-inflammatory gene expression, including TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-17f, while also inhibiting STAT3 phosphorylation and serum amyloid A production. It is a valuable tool for researching inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
