ER176

TSPO Ligand

ER176 is a novel PET radioligand targeting the 18 kDa translocator protein (TSPO), a key biomarker associated with neuroinflammation. Its high specificity and affinity for TSPO make it an essential tool in the imaging of neuroinflammatory processes, enabling researchers to investigate various neurological disorders. ER176 is particularly valuable for studies focused on the role of neuroinflammation in conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and multiple sclerosis.
