ERCC1-XPF Inhibitor
ERCC1-XPF-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of the ERCC1-XPF complex, demonstrating an IC50 of 0.49 μM. This compound enhances the cytotoxic effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation by inhibiting the removal of cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPDs), thereby impairing DNA repair mechanisms. Additionally, ERCC1-XPF-IN-1 has been shown to augment the toxicity of cyclophosphamide in colorectal cancer cells, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer therapeutics and DNA repair studies.
