ERGi-USU-6 mesylate
ERG Inhibitor
ERGi-USU-6 mesylate is a selective inhibitor of the ETS transcription factor ERG and the kinase RIOK2, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.17 μM and 0.13 μM, respectively, in VCaP prostate cancer cells.
