ES 936
NQO1 Inhibitor
ES 936 is a selective inhibitor of NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1) with demonstrated efficacy in inhibiting the growth of pancreatic cancer cell lines, MIA PaCa-2 and BxPC-3, exhibiting IC50 values of 108 nM and 365 nM, respectively. Furthermore, ES 936 significantly reduces the growth rate of MIA PaCa-2 xenograft tumors in murine models. This compound is valuable for research applications pertaining to pancreatic cancer biology and therapy.
