ETN029
DLL3 Ligand
ETN029 is a selective DLL3 ligand that demonstrates dose-dependent cytotoxicity in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC), and metastatic melanoma cells. When conjugated with 225Ac, ETN029 enhances phosphorylation of H2AX, indicating DNA damage response, while the 177Lu-labeled variant exhibits rapid tumor uptake and prolonged retention, along with a favorable tumor-to-kidney ratio. This compound is suitable for imaging and research applications in cancers such as SCLC and NEPC.
