PKCβⅠ Inhibitor

Evo312 is a potent inhibitor of protein kinase C beta I (PKCβI), demonstrating a dose-dependent inhibitory effect with an IC50 of 117.34 nM. This compound effectively induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic cancer cells (PANC-GR) by downregulating PKCβI expression. Evo312 exhibits significant antiproliferative activity, with IC50 values of 0.08 μM in PANC-1 cells and 0.07 μM in PANC-GR cells, while maintaining a higher IC50 of 2.95 μM in normal human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells (HPDE6-c7). Additionally, Evo312 showcases antitumor efficacy in a PANC-GR cell transplantation mouse model, indicating its potential for therapeutic application in pancreatic cancer research.
