EXO1-IN-1
EXO1 Inhibitor
EXO1-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of human exonuclease 1 (EXO1) with an IC50 of 15.7 μM. This compound effectively inhibits DNA end resection, leading to increased DNA double-strand breaks and S-phase polyamylation. It has been shown to induce apoptosis in BRCA1-deficient breast cancer cells and suppress tumor growth in BRCA1-deficient breast cancer xenografts. EXO1-IN-1 is useful in research focused on the mechanisms underlying BRCA1-deficient breast cancer.
