Exoenzyme C3, clostridium botulinum

Rho Inactivator

Exoenzyme C3 from Clostridium botulinum is a potent Rho inactivator that mono-ADP-ribosylates RhoA, B, and C, effectively inactivating these GTPases. This enzyme plays a crucial role in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, inducing neuronal axonal and dendritic growth, and inhibiting macrophage migration. Exoenzyme C3 is valuable for research applications in spinal cord injury and diabetic painful neuropathy studies.
