Famprofazone, also known as Geodowin, is an analgesic used for fever and pain relief. Famprofazone has been demonstrated to be metabolized to methamphetamine and amphetamine following administration. Data shows the famprofazone metabolites amphetamine and methamphetamine to be both d- and l-enantiomers.
