Faridoxorubicin

Prodrug

Faridoxorubicin (AVA-6000) is a prodrug that specifically targets fibroblast activation protein α (FAPα). Upon FAPα-mediated cleavage, it releases the active compound doxorubicin, which increases drug exposure within tumors while minimizing cardiac toxicity. This compound holds significant promise for research applications related to solid tumors, particularly in the context of colorectal cancer liver metastasis.
