FGFR3-IN-10 is a selective inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3), demonstrating significantly enhanced specificity for FGFR3 compared to FGFR1. This compound is primarily utilized in cancer research and has applications in studying systemic sclerosis, fibrosis, and pulmonary fibrosis. Additionally, FGFR3-IN-10 is relevant for investigating genetic conditions such as achondroplasia, thanatophoric dysplasia, and severe achondroplasia with developmental delay, as well as Muenke syndrome and acanthosis nigricans (SADDAN).
