Forasartan

AT1 Antagonist

Forasartan is a nonpeptide antagonist of the angiotensin AT1 receptor, exhibiting an IC50 of 2.9 nM. This compound demonstrates significant antihypertensive activity by effectively inhibiting preganglionic stimulation in a dose-dependent manner in vivo.
