Aromatase Inhibitor
FUB 349 is a selective aromatase inhibitor with an IC50 of 12 μM, effectively regulating estrogen synthesis. Additionally, it acts as an H3 receptor antagonist, exhibiting Kis of 12 nM for rat H3 receptors and 2.1 nM for human H3 receptors. This compound is suitable for research into neurological diseases, particularly in studies focused on cognitive impairment and related conditions.
