FXR DUBTAC

FXR DUBTAC IN-1 is a deubiquitinase-targeting chimeric molecule that selectively interacts with farnesoid X receptor (FXR). By recruiting the deubiquitinase OTUB1, this compound forms a ternary complex that reduces polyubiquitination of FXR, thereby inhibiting its degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway and elevating its protein levels. FXR DUBTAC IN-1 is applicable in research focused on cholestatic liver injury and provides a valuable tool for studying FXR regulation in related biological processes.
