Fz7-21
FZD7 Receptors Antagonist
Fz7-21 is a potent peptide antagonist specifically targeting FZD7 receptors. It selectively binds to the cysteine-rich domain (CRD) of the FZD7 subclass, inducing conformational changes that affect lipid binding. With EC50 values of 58 nM and 34 nM for human and mouse FZD7 CRD, respectively, Fz7-21 effectively disrupts Wnt-β-catenin signaling and influences stem cell functionality in intestinal organoids, making it a valuable tool for exploring Wnt pathway-related biological processes.
