FzM1

FZD4 Inhibitor

FzM1 is a negative allosteric modulator of the Frizzled receptor FZD4. This compound effectively inhibits WNT5A-dependent WNT responsive element (WRE) activity with an IC50 of approximately 6.2. By binding to an allosteric site in the intracellular loop 3 of FZD4, FzM1 induces conformational changes that disrupt the WNT/β-catenin signaling cascade. This enables its use in research applications focusing on modulating WNT pathway activity in various biological systems.
