G3-YSD
cGAS Agonist
G3-YSD is a G3-ended Y-form short DNA molecule that acts as an agonist for Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS). This minimal immunostimulatory DNA motif activates cGAS, a key type I interferon-inducing DNA sensor, in a structure- and sequence-dependent manner. G3-YSD is applicable in research focused on detecting HIV-1 single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and studying immune responses mediated by cGAS activation.
