G6PDi-1
G6PD Inhibitor
G6PDi-1 is a reversible, non-competitive inhibitor of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), exhibiting an IC50 of 0.07 μM in human G6PD assays. This compound effectively depletes NADPH, particularly in lymphocytes, and significantly reduces the production of inflammatory cytokines in T cells. G6PDi-1 serves as a valuable tool for investigating the role of G6PD in immune responses and inflammation-related research applications.
