GGTI-2133 TFA
GGTase Inhibitor
GGTI-2133 TFA is a selective inhibitor of geranylgeranyltransferase I (GGTase-I), exhibiting an IC50 of 38 nM and demonstrating 140-fold selectivity over farnesyltransferase (FTase) with an IC50 of 5.4 μM. This compound inhibits the geranylation of Rap-1A at an IC50 of 10 μM. GGTI-2133 TFA is valuable for research applications related to eosinophilic airway inflammation, such as asthma.
