Geranylgeranyl Transferase I Inhibitor
GGTI-2166 is a specific inhibitor of geranylgeranyltransferase I (GGTase I), which plays a critical role in the post-translational modification of target proteins through geranylgeranylation. This compound effectively inhibits the formation of pre-osteoclasts induced by RANKL or TNF-α, as well as TRAP activity.
